Subsequent to June 30, 2021, the Company issued 25,000 shares of common stock upon exercise of warrants for cash proceeds of $137,500.
Subsequent to June 30, 2021, the Company issued a total of 2,313,116 shares of common stock to noteholders whose notes payable and accrued interest were mandatorily converted to common stock on February 16, 2021 (see Note 4) |
