Related Party Transactions	During the year ended December 31, 2020, the Company recorded consulting expense of $1,133,000 for services rendered, of which, $525,000 was included as part of accrued expenses as of December 31, 2020 for a consultant who is also an owner of approximately 10% of the Company’s issued and outstanding common stock. During the year ended December 31, 2019, the Company recorded consulting expense of $1,140,000 to a consultant who is also an owner of approximately 10 % of the Company’s issued and outstanding common stock. There was no outstanding balance due to the consultant as of December 31, 2019.
