The Company has encountered a delay in assembling the information required to be included in its December 31, 2007 Form 10-KSB Annual Report.  The Company expects to file its December 31, 2007, Form 10-K Annual Report with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission within 15 calendar days of the prescribed due date.
